The tests are conducted before, during and after coating. Several samples of each coil are tested and archived for future reference. The quality control laboratory tests for color matching, paint viscosity, paint thickness, gloss level, abrasiveness, cupping, rubbing, T-bend, paint adhesion, durability and resistance to UV, corrosion, and severe weather conditions.
