Signage requirements
Signs are read up close, so surface flatness and color accuracy are critical; any waviness or color drift is immediately visible. Aluminum gives a rigid, lightweight, corrosion-resistant base; leveling delivers the flatness sign faces need.
Interior and short-life signage suits PE; long outdoor exposure favors PVDF. Larger sign faces are often produced as ACP, see ACP.
Quality & compliance
Testing and documentation.
Certified production
Production is certified to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety).
Tests that matter here
Coated coil is checked on a panel of tests including gloss retention, color difference (delta E) and adhesion. See quality & certifications for how this is documented.
Documentation with the batch
Material certificates accompany every batch; ASTM and EN references are available on request.
